Liv Tyler: Check out Liv in the left hand photo. She is in a dark, clear berry red dress & lipstick. See how it makes her blue eyes pop? On the right she's wearing a very warm red which makes her skin and hair reflect a greenish hue.
Kerry Washington: On the left, Kerry’s bright, warm red dress and lipstick make her glow, while the muted red on the far right makes her look dull and blurs the edges of her features. She looks like she needs a nap!
Your Energy Speaks Before You Do
The colors you’re wearing communicate energetically before you even have the chance to speak.
The color red, for example, is associated with love, passion and anger.
If you are wearing a red that is correct for your coloring, others will associate this with the positive characteristics of red.
If you are wearing a red that is incorrect for your coloring, it will subconsciously be interpreted as angry or aggressive. Or - a lack of energy and love. Dullness.

Feng Shui your Aesthetic
It is a scientific fact that humans make subconscious judgments about a person within milliseconds of seeing them. This occurs whether you're talking to a stranger or someone you see every day. Simply deciding what outfit you wear and how you put on our cosmetics in the morning affects how people respond to you for the entire day. Your outward appearance should reflect the unique, beautiful person that you are. the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
You and everyone you interact with begins forming an energetic narrative about your health, your approachability, your competence, and your trustworthiness within milliseconds.
In our homes, this energetic dance is equally important.
Feng Shui, in its simplest form, is the interaction between people and their environments. It enables you to influence these interactions to achieve specific outcomes by harmonizing your surroundings with the ancient principles of energy flow.
Similar to manifestation being led first by experiencing a feeling within yourself, balancing the energy in your home will help exponentially with your ability to magnetize and manifest in your life.
A Short Exercise:
-Think back to your favorite outfit 10 years ago.
-Take that lovely person and sit her down at a table in front you.
-Think of a version of you in an outfit you would wear now to an important meeting.
-Sit her down across from you, next to the 10- years-younger you.
-You are now interviewing these two candidates for a job. Observe these two versions of you as if you don't know them.
-Would you judge them equally before speaking to them? Would you assume one might be a better candidate than the other?
Styles change, the effects of color don’t!
This exercise is meant to show you that your outward appearance matters. You know yourself better now than you did ten years ago, and your personal style has likely shifted since then. The awesome thing about color? Your best colors will NEVER change!
Rather than gambling when it comes to the instantaneous subconscious impressions others make of you, consistently showing up in your personalized aesthetic results in a clear representation and narrative of the confident, unique, magical person that you are.
What is Color Analysis?
Your undertone reacts to specific color characteristics
Color analysis is the process of identifying that characteristics of color that bring out the best in your complexion.
Four main dimensions of color impact your color season:
-Hue: how warm are you over and undertones?
-Value: how light vs. dark are your features in contrast with each other?
-Chroma: how much grey is in your coloring?
This is all measured through the reaction of your skin during draping.
When you wear clothing based on current trends, you are essentially guessing that something will look good on you.
Color is an afterthought.
Evidence can be seen of this based on the type of compliments you receive- compliments that show appreciation for your clothing, such as “I love your jacket!” or “Wow that is such a great red!”.
This shifts when you wear your best colors.
The focus shifts from your clothing, to YOU. People start seeing YOU. “Wow, you look so lovely today!” or “Red looks AMAZING on you!”
Feng Shui & Your Closet
The home base of your authentic expression
Take a moment and picture yourself standing outside your closet looking in. What is the first emotion that comes to mind? Is it a positive emotion, or a negative one? Happiness? Overwhelm? Discontent?
You might think that your closet doesn't matter much because no one sees it but you. In reality, your closet is the first thing you see in the morning when you get out of bed, and one of the last spaces you visit before going to sleep.
The health of your entire energetic expression - both inside and out - is affected by it. Your energetic aesthetic rests on the shoulders of wardrobe Feng Shui.
Your closet drastically affects the energy you communicate to the world. Do you keep clothing that doesn’t fit or is damaged? Are there items in your closet that you don’t like, but hold sentimental value and you keep them out of guilt?
In an energetically healthy closet:

Everything Fits
You want clothes in your closet that fit. You don't want clothes that you are saving that are two sizes to small as a "goal", or two sizes too big as a "just in case". There are exceptions to this though. :)

You Feel Comfortable in Every Item
The materials aren't itchy. You don't feel grumpy when you put it on. When you wear it you're not anticipating the moment when you can change back into something comfortable.

Hi! I’m Jess
My lifelong passion for self-improvement, experience with energetics and my aesthetic eye have all contributed to the development of the Alchemist Aesthetic.
In 2018 my 10 month old daughter was diagnosed with an “incurable” class 6 (the most severe allergy class) peanut allergy. I remember the allergist telling us her allergy was so severe that we should carry at least two epipens with us at all times because one epipen would likely not completely stop her body’s reaction. I refused to believe I could not find a way to improve my daughter’s allergy, and after a few months of feverish researching, found NAET. After one year of treatments of this energy-based eastern medicine allergy elimination technique, my daughter’s peanut allergy began to fade. We did blood tests, and finally began multiple rounds of food challenges with tree nuts (which she was also allergic to) at her allergist’s office. She graduated from these and we finally had our food challenge for peanuts... NO. REACTION. She literally eats peanut butter on her toast now!
This experience undoubtedly changed everything for me. I realized how powerful energetics are and how much control we have over them. Energy is literally the fiber that connects atoms - it's EVERYTHING. Energy blockages cause disease, dis-regulation and disfunction inside the body as well as out.
I then began experimenting with energetics in new ways, and realized how consistently and impactfully I could alter the course of not only mood and my day, but also the demeanor of other’s around me simply adjusting how I was visually expressing myself. Optimizing my own Aesthetic Energetic has amplified everything.
